"Real estate is often a volume business, and as one of many looking for a home, it is very easy to feel that you got lost in the shuffle -- not with Kelly. From our first message to her until our closing, she was responsive, available, and always able to answer any questions that we had. She knows that a potential buyer's questions feel very urgent and need immediate answers, and at the same time, she knows how to make you feel comfortable when you need to take a few days to mull over a decision.
